Nestled under tall pines and stately oaks, this professionally managed resort offers the amenities and comforts of home to discerning travelers. The Village features several styles and sizes of accommodations all of which are just a short walk to the beach. The well-manicured grounds of The Village are between the Robert Trent Jones golf course and the Rod Laver Tennis Center. Wireless internet is available poolside. Internet is also available in guest rooms for a small fee and must be arranged through the telephone company by the guest. Please note that if you are booking a Saturday stay through, you may be asked to move units during your stay. Also, please be advised that motorcycles, boats, trailers, and RVs are not allowed in the gated communities of Shipyard, Palmetto Dunes, and Sea Pines. There are limited storage facilities available. Palmetto Dunes enjoys a mid-island location close to golf courses. Palmetto Dunes features waterways and dining plus bike trails to Shelter Cove with shopping, marina, festivals and fireworks.
